Earn and Learn: Youth Jobs
This year, Wounded Wings and Lauryn Wynter Company are partnering are part of Employ Milwaukee’s Earn and Learn program. The program offers youth a summer job earning $12 per hour, working 20 hours per week. We are looking for applications, age 14-22 to work from June 23rd through August 10th. Farmers Market Intern
The Farmers Market Intern will assist in the set-up and operation of WFB Farmers Market events. This may include setting up tents, chairs, tables, signage, and items to sell. The intern will provide customer service to guests and vendors and may also help with event clean-up. Leading up to the weekly markets, the intern may help with answering vendor questions, supporting Sprouts, taking pictures for social media and supporting marketing and outreach goals.
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 12-4pm Saturday 8-12 pm
Pay: $12 per hour
Office Intern
The Office Intern will assist with daily operations for the Women Entrepreneurs’ Network, Sprouts Entrepreneurship and other community outreach programs. This may include managing mailing lists, preparing outgoing mail, providing customer service to members, distributing flyers, and supporting marketing and outreach goals.
Hours: Monday-Friday 12-4pm Saturday 8-12 pm
Pay: $12 per hour
